Digital products — workbooks, frameworks, guides, templates, downloadable tools, and any other files delivered electronically — are made available for immediate download upon purchase.

All digital product sales are final.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any digital purchase. This applies to all downloadable products in the Mirror Weaver Studios shop, including SSF tools, creative frameworks, class materials, and any other digital offerings.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a particular product is right for you, reach out before you buy — we're happy to help you decide.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you experience a technical issue with your download — a corrupted file, a link that won't work, or a delivery that didn't arrive — contact us and we will make it right. Technical problems on our end are always our responsibility to resolve.

They may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or used to create derivative products for sale without written permission.
