Every piece that leaves this studio — whether a painting, a handmade object, or a printed work — was made with care. If something arrives and it isn't right, we want to make it right.
What We Accept
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at mirrorweaverstudios@gmail.com within that window and we'll walk you through the process.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
Original Artwork
Original paintings and one-of-a-kind pieces are eligible for return within 14 days if they arrive damaged in transit. Please photograph the damage and the packaging before moving anything, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve it.
We do not accept returns on original artwork for reasons of preference or change of mind. Each original is a singular object — please ask questions before purchasing, and we're happy to provide additional photographs, dimensions, or details.
Prints and Reproductions
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the print arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for color variation between screen and print — monitors vary, and we note this at the point of purchase.
Handmade Objects
Resin pieces, hand-bound books, and other handmade objects are eligible for return within 14 days if they arrive damaged. Because each object is made by hand, natural variation in color, texture, and finish is part of the work — not a defect.
Commissioned Work
Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us as soon as possible and we'll discuss options. Commission terms are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Workshop and Class Registrations
Registrations are non-refundable but transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another person — just let us know their name and contact information at least 48 hours before the event. If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
