Every order from Mirror Weaver Studios is handled with care — whether it's a greeting card or an original painting. Here's what to expect.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered instantly upon purchase through a secure download link. No shipping involved, no waiting. If you experience any trouble accessing your files, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Processing Time
Because Mirror Weaver Studios offers everything from handmade resin pieces to original art to small paper goods, processing time varies by product.
Each listing notes its estimated processing time before shipping. Please read the listing before purchasing, especially if you need something by a specific date.
If you have a deadline — a gift, an event, a particular occasion — reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. As a general guide:

Small items (cards, small prints, light paper goods) ship at a low flat rate

Medium items (books, medium prints, smaller handmade pieces) ship at a mid-range flat rate

Large or oversized items (original art, large resin boards, statement pieces) are calculated at checkout and may require a custom shipping quote for particularly large works
Where We Ship
We ship throughout the United States and Canada.
If you're located outside the US or Canada and are interested in a piece, please reach out before placing an order at mirrorweaverstudios@gmail.com.
We're happy to discuss international shipping on a case-by-case basis for the right pieces.
Carriers and Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and nature of the order. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after an order ships, though carrier timelines are outside our control. You'll receive a tracking number when your order is on its way.
Original Art and Fragile Pieces
Original paintings, large resin pieces, and other fragile works are packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the item and the packaging before moving anything, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the carrier's hands, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier. That said, we won't leave you without support — if something goes wrong, contact us and we'll help you navigate it.
